Termination
Griffin may terminate this agreement and your access to and use of this website at any time without the need for notice.
General
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under this agreement shall lie exclusively with the English Courts. If any provision of this agreement is found to be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Griffin relating to its subject matter and supersedes and any all prior agreements.
